Being the last edition of Quata Quata for 2024, this event was a special occasion that united various DJs and musicians together for an unforgettable night of music and dancing.

To capture this year-ending party, the organizer, Chady, and I worked together to set up 2 GoPros inside the venue of the event: one of them captured the DJ table from stage right, the other framed the DJs, the musicians and a slice of the crowd from above. While these 2 cameras recorded the entire night, I used a DSLR on a gimbal to continuously captured close-ups of the crowd and memorable moments of the night. For inserts, I got a helping hand from Kimya: I gave him my Sony camcorder and asked him to go wild.

The end result: 4 separate DJ sets fully captured, edited and posted on YouTube and a recap of the night using the insert footage. The event ended really late (people kept requesting songs up until 3:30 am), but I was so glad to be there.
